BnBest Stay is the brand under which the limited liability companies (LLCs) that own our properties (together, "BnBest," "we," "our," or "us") offer furnished short-term rental homes in New Jersey near New York City and in Florida. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.bnbeststay.com (the "Site"), our booking channels and our guest communications, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, number and names of guests, arrival details, messages you send us and any other details you choose to share when you book, contact us, request information or subscribe to our newsletter.

Booking and payment information: reservation dates, property booked, amounts paid and booking history. Payments are handled by our secure third-party booking and payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our systems.

Identity verification: to protect our guests, neighbors and homes, we or our booking partners may ask you to verify your identity (for example, with a government-issued ID or a verification service) before check-in. This information is used only for verification and security.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location and time spent on the Site, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: if you book through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or Vrbo), that platform shares the reservation details needed to host your stay, subject to its own privacy policy.

Send pre-arrival, check-in and check-out information, including door access codes, and communicate with you before, during and after your stay.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:

Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix), our property management and booking platform (Hostfully), payment processors, smart-lock and guest-access providers, email and messaging tools, and cleaning or maintenance teams who need limited information to prepare your stay. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
Booking platforms: if you book through a third-party platform, we exchange the information needed to manage your reservation.
Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of BnBest, our guests or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a sale, merger or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your consent: in any other case where you have asked or agreed that we share it.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly without them. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. Because there is no common industry standard, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

5. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by emailing us. We will still send messages related to your reservations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, and we rely on reputable providers with encrypted payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Correct inaccurate personal information.
Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where state law applies). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites, booking engines, social media pages and virtual tours. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
